VILLOMEE is an owner version (2 cabin) of the very popular Beneteau 473 which has never been chartered and meticulously maintained - the boat is in great shape. VILLOMEE's best features include a spacious cockpit big enough to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably with a seat long enough to sleep on, a spacious and airy salon, a large galley with lots of storage, a huge "garage" with lots of easy access storage from the cockpit or galley, and a swim platform with a walk through transom - great for snorkeling and swimming off the boat. The full Sunbrella/screen/Strataglass enclosures provide either a sun-protected and insect-free porch, or a warm sunroom. Down below, the open layout provides spacious living arrangements. At the bottom of the companionway, the fully-equipped navigation station is on the port side and the galley on the starboard side. The galley is very large since the owner version adds extra space to the galley and provides the inside storage space needed for long-distance cruising. The light-filled salon can accommodate 8 people at the expandable starboard side table and also provides a long port side couch with lots of storage below and behind all the cushions. Behind the navigation station is the second head with shower, and to the port aft, a very large stateroom with a shelf closet, a hanging closet and private access to the head. The forward owner stateroom has its own head with separate shower. On deck, there are 2 very deep lazarettes, one additional lazarette, access to the garage, and a fish well on the swim platform. The ship is ICW friendly, and single-hander or couple friendly in layout and design...all lines and functions go back to the cockpit.
